Meditation Classes

With Meditation Classes please bring a cushion to sit on and a blanket to keep yourself warm. There are a few yoga blocks and yoga mats. It will be either guided or mindfulness meditation.

Ishta Yoga

Ishta is an abbreviation for Integrated science of Hatha Tantra and Ayurveda and was developed by Mani and Alan Finger in the 1960s. This beautiful style of yoga is a blend of many traditions and comprises of the usual physical postures, breath and meditation to cleans and purify balancing the seven chakras bringing healing to the inner and outer being and increasing our awareness.

Energy Healing

Energy healing is a non-invasive technique connecting to the client energy field or auric field assisting and providing space for clients own healing. These treatments have many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feeling of peace helping calm the mind and reduce stress.

Meditation has amazing benefits which include helping reduce stress and clam the mind allowing us to deal with day to day life easier, and gradually improving our relationship with ourselves and others.
